Terms & Conditions

1. All group tours have a minimum departure size of 2. If this is not met 3 days before departure date, we will contact guests for change of date (free of charge) or a full refund upon cancellation. 

2. Single person booking on twin share tours such as the 2 Days Great Ocean Road Sunset Tour will incur additional accommodation charges which may vary depend on market price.

3. For group tours and chartered services, cancellation by guests is free of charge until 14 days prior tour departure; a 10% fee is applied from 13 to 7 days prior tour departure; a 20% fee is applied from 6 days to 6pm one day prior tour departure; any cancellation after 6pm one day prior tour departure or no show at tour departure will result in full fee being charged. Change of date by guests is generally free of charge subject to availability. However, if change of date involves third party service providers such as but not limited to hotels, events, flights, tickets, vehicle rentals and meals, any additional charges incurred will apply.

4. For tailored itinerary, any additional cost will be charged as a result of change of itinerary by guests; a 10% fee will be charged any time prior tour departure as a result of cancellation, plus any charges by third party service providers such as but not limited to hotels, events, flights, tickets, vehicle rentals and meals; a full fee will be charged as a result of no show at tour departure. If a change of itinerary by guest can not be arranged which results in cancellation, we will refund all fees except cancellation or administrative charges by third party service providers such as but not limited to hotels, events, flights, tickets, vehicle rentals and meals. 

5. All time mentioned above is local time at Melbourne, Australia (AEST, UTC/GMT +10 hours). Please be aware that Melbourne has daylight saving time from October to the following April.

1. 所有参团旅游项目最低发团人数为2人。如果发团前3天没有达到最低发团人数，我们将联系客人免费改期或全额退款。

2. ​单人参加双人套餐价项目，如大洋路错峰逆向十二门徒日落2日游，需补单房差，具体价格随市场价格变动。

3. 对于参团旅游项目和包车项目，如果客人自行退订，发团前14天以上我方可全额退款，发团前13-6天我方收取10%手续费和商家损失费，发团前6-1天（下午6点截止）我方收取20%手续费和商家损失费，发团前1天下午6点后或错过发团时间我方不予退款。

4. 对于订制团，如果客人自行更改行程，我方将收取任何因改动造成的额外费用；如果客人自行退订，发团前任何时候我方将收取10%手续费和商家损失费，以及任何第三方服务商收取的费用，例如但不限于酒店，活动，机票，门票，租车和餐饮；错过发团时间我方不予退款。如果客人要求更改行程我方不能满足需求造成退订，我方将部分退款，任何第三方服务商收取的费用不可退还，例如但不限于酒店，活动，机票，门票，租车和餐饮。

5. 以上所有时间均已澳大利亚墨尔本当地时间为准（澳大利亚东部时间，国际时区为东10区）。请注意，澳大利亚墨尔本一般每年10月至次年4月有夏令时。
